JANUARY 17 – FEBRUARY 17

“From the Heart” Show at Epperson Gallery in Crockett, California. Thrilled to have been juried into this San Franciso Bay Area national group show. Even more thrilled that my painting “Patio Invitation” arrived at the gallery with a red dot thanks to an inquiry from a Sacramento collector days before it was due to leave here for the show.

FEBRUARY 1 – FEBRUARY 28

“Art for Everyone” Show at Rena Charles Gallery in Healdsburg, California. Excited that my 8x8 joins for this inclusive group show featuring 150 artists and their respective small works. Small meaning no more than 100 square inches be exact. Artists Reception is Saturday February 7 from noon to 4pm. I will be there along with fellow Sacramento artists Debra Kreck-Harnish, Leslie McCarron and Paula Bellacera.

FEBRUARY 6 – MARCH 21

“Love” Show at Gallery 1337 at Art Works Downtown in San Rafael, California. I’m thrilled to have been juried in to this show that centers on the positive, life-affirming qualities of loving and experiencing love. Even more thrilled that juror Chandler Simpson of Chandler Gallery in Mill Valley chose two works: one abstract and one representational. Art Works Downtown is a beautiful and well established center for visual arts. Join me March 13 from 5-8 for the second of two artist receptions. 1337 Fourth Street, San Rafael.

SELECT Past Events

“Salon at the Triton Museum of Art Exhibition” (2025) in Santa Clara, California. “California Diversity - Palms & Pines” was juried into the “Salon at the Triton” Annual Exhibition and Art Competition. You can imagine how thrilled I was to learn that my entry was among the 146 works chosen out of 2,300 submissions and was awarded an Honorable Mention recognition.

“Biggest Small Works Show” at Gallery Sausalito (2025) in Sausalito California. Gallery Sausalito invites artists from around the world to submit 12 x 12 works for its annual Biggest Small Works Show. All works are 12 x 12 and I’m so very happy to be joining fellow Sacramento artists who’ve also been juried in to this exhibition.

“Because I wanted to” Solo exhibition at Twisted Track Gallery (2024) in the R Street Corridor, Downtown Sacramento. I’m very excited about the twenty five new works that were on exhibit in this show. No theme, no conformity, no common thread. Except one: because I wanted to. Subjects I’m typically known for all the way to exploring the energy of time-worn surfaces.

81st Annual Crocker Kingsley National Exhibition (2023) in Roseville, California. “Patina Alley” was among 134 works on exhibition chosen from more than 2,000 entries.
