“The Art of the Cover” Show at Twisted Track Gallery in Sacramento, California. Publisher Cecily Hastings celebrates the 30th Anniversary of Inside Magazine by inviting 21 artists whose work has graced the covers of this highly regarded local publication. It’s been an honor to have been chosen for a number of covers over the past ten years. First Friday Opening: October 2 6pm to 9pm. Second Saturday Reception: October 10. 6pm to 9pm with the Publisher’s Talk at 7:00pm.

“Living Water” Show at Lexis Gallery in Sacramento, California. Thrilled to have been juried in to this National Juried Exhibition. “60th Annual Mother Lode Art Exhibition” at Mills Station Arts and Culture Center in Rancho Cordova, California. Thrilled to have been juried in to this long-standing National Juried Exhibition. This exhibition is going to be quite progressive with many 2D and 3D adventurous works. Two of my abstract works are included. Artist’s Reception is Friday November 6 from 5pm to 7:30 pm. 10191 Mills Station Road, Rancho Cordova.

Best of Acrylic 2026 special edition by American Artist and Artists Magazine comes out soon. “Unfurled” will be published in a special edition by Artists Magazine, the sister publication of Southwest Art sometime late September, early October. I am truly honored to once again be featured alongside more than one hundred outstanding works. Likely the magazine will be available at Barnes & Noble.

“Love” Show at Gallery 1337 at Art Works Downtown (2026) in San Rafael, California. I’m thrilled to have been juried in to this show that centers on the positive, life-affirming qualities of loving and experiencing love. Even more thrilled that juror Chandler Simpson of Chandler Gallery in Mill Valley chose two works: one abstract and one representational. Art Works Downtown is a beautiful and well established center for visual arts.
“From the Heart” Show at Epperson Gallery (2026) in Crockett, California. Thrilled to have been juried into this San Francisco Bay Area national group show. Even more thrilled that my painting “Patio Invitation” arrived at the gallery with a red dot thanks to an inquiry from a Sacramento collector days before it was due to leave here for the show.
“Art for Everyone” Show at Rena Charles Gallery (2026) in Healdsburg, California. Excited that my 8x8 joined this inclusive group show featuring 150 artists and their respective small works.
“Salon at the Triton Museum of Art Exhibition” (2025) in Santa Clara, California. “California Diversity - Palms & Pines” was juried into the “Salon at the Triton” Annual Exhibition and Art Competition. You can imagine how thrilled I was to learn that my entry was among the 146 works chosen out of 2,300 submissions and was awarded an Honorable Mention recognition.
81st Annual Crocker Kingsley National Exhibition (2023) in Roseville, California. “Patina Alley” was among 134 works on exhibition chosen from more than 2,000 entries.
